Information We Collect
As a user of our Application, we may ask you to share personal information with us. Whether you choose to give us information is completely up to you, but keep in mind that if you withhold information, you may be unable to use some of our services. We collect information from a variety of sources, including information provided by you, information we collect when you use our Application, and information we collect about you from third party sources.
The following are examples of the types of information we may collect when you use our Application:
Information you provide: name, address (billing and shipping), zip code, e-mail address, telephone number(s), mobile number(s), credit card number(s), birth date, and password, etc.;
Information associated with use of our Application: the information gathered from cookies, such as IP address, to enhance your experience on our Application;
Information associated with doing business with us: transaction information, including the items purchased, and the date and time of your transaction; and
Information from third party sources: we may receive your updated shipping information from a third party carrier.
How We Use Information
Financial information. We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases made on our Application, enroll you in the discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.
How We Collect Information
Information collected automatically. We automatically collect information from your browser when you use the Application. This information includes your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us (see "Cookies" below), and the referring web site address.
Cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web site that is stored on your hard disk by your computer’s browser. The Application uses two kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies exist only for as long as your browser remains open. At lotmonkey.com, we may use persistent cookies to give you a more personalized user experience and to help you navigate our Application more efficiently. Personal Information: We may share your information within LotMonkey authorized print partners, and LotMonkey affiliates and subsidiaries. Otherwise, we do not share your personal information with others except as indicated below or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared. We may share personal information with:
Service Providers. We may share your information with third party service providers with whom we have relationship solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service or product requested. For example, we may share your personal information with companies that perform services for us, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, analyzing customer data, providing marketing and promotional assistance, processing credit card payments, investigating fraudulent activity, conducting customer surveys, and providing customer service. Aggregated and non-personal information: We may share non-personal information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising through our Application and on web sites of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated, non-personal information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.
What Happens to my Personal Information if my Account is terminated?
Third Party Web Sites
Additionally, we may choose to work with trusted third party social network web sites like Facebook, and with application developers who specialize in social commerce so we can connect to your social networks. Other social networks we may use include but are not limited to Twitter, Instagram, and Linked-In. All of these companies operate Third Party Sites. We provide access to our Application by third parties and business partners so we can generate interest in our products and services among members of your social networks and to allow you to share product interests with friends in your network.
The use of any features made available to you on our Application by a third party may result in information being collected or shared about you by us or by the third party. Information collected or shared through any such third party features is considered "public information" by us because the third party sites made it publicly available. If you do not want us to be able to access information about you from third party sites, you must instruct third party sites not to share the information. We cannot control how your data is collected, stored, used or shared by third party sites or to whom it is disclosed. Please be sure to review the privacy policies and privacy settings on your social networking sites to make sure you understand the information they are sharing. If you do not want a Third Party Site to share information about you, you must contact that site and determine whether it gives you the opportunity to opt out of sharing such information. We are not responsible for how these third parties may use information collected from or about you. However, we do identify any areas on our Sites where third parties share information about you.

Transfer of Data Abroad
If you are using our Application from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us may result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By using our Application and communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers.
Users of a Device to: Scan a QR Code Generated by LotMonkey services accessed through the LotMonkey Application or Send a Text Message Request
What we collect. When you or another person uses a device to scan a Quick Response Code (“QR” code) generated by LotMonkey services of lotmonkey.com, we automatically collect the following information:
A time stamp, i.e., the time at which your device scanned the specific QR code
Operating system of device (Android, iPhone, etc….),
Browser type (FireFox, Microsoft, etc….),
IP Address (Internet Exchange for Service Provider), and
If you have “geo-location” activated, i.e., “turned on”, your device’s geographic location in terms of Longitude and Latitude
When you or another person uses a device to send a request via a text message, we automatically collect the following information:
The device’s telephone number;
The device’s wireless carrier (Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc….)
The content of the message received by the system; and
Time stamp, i.e., the time at which your device sent the message.
How we use and share the collected information. The information collected through the above-identified methods is used to produce analytics reports for the account in the Mobile section of the account of the user in the lotmonkey.com system that generated the code. The information collected is, therefore, shared with the respective account holder of the LotMonkey Application account used to generate the code. This allows the account holder to further analyze or use the information without control by us.
